The Building and Construction Authority regulates the profession and operations of Masons, Site Technical Officers and Energy Performance of Buildings (EPB) Assessors. Any person can work in the building industry according to his skill, ability and experience, but only a person who is in possession of a Mason’s Licence can act as a Mason.
